  1. Past hour
  2. What you describe points right to a failing ignition coil, or maybe the spark plug boot. When you test the lead against the engine block, the spark gap is really small. The weak coil can still manage that.
  3. Today
  4. It would be easier but it’s what equipment is available and how it works. The shears are fixed in place with 3-4 big bolts and nuts. So taking on and off is a pita. Larger shears for larger machines are available with retractable shears on a button but Ive never 1 for the mini diggers. Hopefully wrong!
  5. Yesterday
  6. Too many tabs open to show anything incriminating, spoil sport.
  7. What is it with a 36 inch bar. Just need one to go into a milling frame to use with an electric saw. Want to use with a skip chain to keep the hp lower. Bar must be min 5cm wide to clamp into milling frame. Never had problems of finding bars and chains in the past but really struggling with this.
  8. A jam jar. Not in a hipster way. They're harder to smash. Round shoulders, strong lip. Tumbler if feeling bourgeois.
  9. Another new word. No, not that I'm aware of. Just some house trousers, tracky bees, whatever. What's your glass of choice?
  10. Are you wearing a Nomex suit‽
  11. Going off on a tangent. Do people have preferred or favourite drinking glasses? This is mine for beer drinking. Not sure why but I alway like this style. Something to do with poise maybe. A bit like bone china vs porcelain.
  12. Hahahaha I fkin KNEW it! Mekon! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  13. Old Makita LXT's were designed with three fusable links in the BMS, if you fully discharged them and tried on a normal charger, each attempt it would blow a link, three goes and done. However if you recovered the cells to normal it would charge fine but they never reset. After 3 blow, you have to replace the PCB with a knockoff one which are available from aliexpress etc quite cheapily. I doubt knockoff Stihl PCB's are available. You can get knockoff makita /dewalt/milwaukee etc.. battery sets cheap, this sort of thing. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001577209628.html Anyway heres a video of a AP300 being scrapped for parts. The pcb is by the lights and sealed, you cant get at it without destroying the pack. Certainally not designed to be repaired!
  14. 50p off tonight. Just as well, since I paid £750 for a piece of aluminium earlier today.
  15. Or like this if between two.
  16. For only a k (assuming it's a one off) I'd have probably made up a yoke/pole type thing.
  17. But alas. If you want proper Kid Rock, it's probably this Kid Rock, who you probably wouldn't leave your children with.
  18. Here's a gateway.
  19. How about Kid Rock? It's not country but it isn't not country. I suspect most people on here have met a groundie who looks like him.
  20. Also live at San Quentin. Any drummers on here? I like the St Anger snare. I like the song. I like the album.
  21. Has anyone ever had a ventile jacket? https://hilltrek.co.uk/clothing/smocks/braemar-hybrid-smock/
  22. The stihl micro 1/4" chains sharpen up well with the 3.2mm, they are just a bit fiddly to do. A guide helps a lot as the file can bend if you put too much pressure on it. We don't offer a chain sharpening service as its just not worth the effort but I did used to sharpen our ms150 saw when we were still climbing. You just need to have a bit more finesse, or, if its hit something nasty just fck it in the bin. Oregon has two types of 1/4", the standard uses a 4mm and the micro a 3.2mm. This is the 4mm file size fitted to a few machines but mainly the older echo cs2511 with the 1.3mm var Oregon ControlCut Chain - 25AP 1/4".050" - Skyland SKYLANDEQUIPMENT.COM Get your smallest jobs done just right. 25AP is lightweight, smooth chain, ideal for pruning — our Micro Chisel® cutters have small-radius working corners for excellent performance...
