Do you have a pic of the lever mechanism? Can one not simply chop off the linkage that goes to the second lever?
-
Hi, where in Kent are you? I need a grounds man to join our team. I’m based just south it side Westerham in Kent. If this location might work give me a call on 07786884924. Archie (APF Trees)

Can't go wrong with Falteimer mate, mines outlasted every other one I've owned. I've got one of the circular courant ones too which is decent as it doesn't fold up and twist your throwline. I'm using Zing-it which has been my preferred line to date and just the cheap notch bags in a few different weights. -

Yes it's surprising what a small drop of water in the carb can do. -

That’s exactly it Chris, they’ve been built as single lever machines for sensible people then swapped out to HSE-Nazi spec.

Suitably chastised. Understood.

Thanks to all who’ve commented so far. I’m pretty sure these valves would have come with the levers to wherever the splitters were built as the bracket is still bolted to the front of the valve. I did contact Rock if they were able to supply the lever but was informed they couldn’t??? I’ve found a few handles on-line but don’t really want to pull the pin until I’m confident it will fit. If there were some part numbers on the valve it would help to establish who manufactured them, then I could go to them direct and ask-I havnt looked properly yet for part numbers. Anyway, I’m sure we’ll get this sorted soon….even if I have to make a lever myself.👍

I tried to start a DIY club once… but it fell apart as soon as we got to the first meeting

Thanks mate. Like Chris I want to avoid swapping out the whole gubbins.

Just practice Kram. An empty rugby pitch is ideal. I’d go Faltheimer cube for half the price Steve. -
I am happy to take green hardwood for seasoning and subsequent domestic use in my log burners. Very large drive / garden for drop off and turning on a private road / driveway for ease.

Anyway I use a pop up laundry basket from poundland, works well enough. I did buy a somewhat more durable pop up garden bag to replace it, but I havent thrown since.. I'm shite at throwing. I'd like to get or make a compressed air powered potato cannon style launcher, or even propane powered launcher, but I am unsure on the legalities of making such a cannon.
