  2. Will be ok mixed in with some ash logs?
  3. Facial recognition error prompts police to arrest Asian man for burglary 100 miles away APPLE.NEWS Exclusive: Alvi Choudhury claiming damages against Thames Valley police after biased technology... Outrage 😂😂racist software
  4. Prepare for many journeys from sofa to log basket to stove. Burns quick
  5. Today
  6. Cut , split and dry it, it'll be fine
  7. Thanks.Think I'll give those a go for next season. All the hill farmers up here seem to wear Kaiwaka gear but it's bloody expensive. It's thorn and barbed wire damage that stops me wearing waterproofs. The hateful tangled hedge I'm working on now has a fence so close that I'm wearing an old tattered pair of work trousers rather than rip my chainsaw trousers to bits. But for the price of those Sip jackets I'd be prepared to give them a go. Shame they don't seem to make the trousers to go with them.
  8. My sip keiu seems to do the business. Been out all day in the rain hedgelaying and remained dry. If your sweating maybe a wicking base layer and then coat, fleece addition if it's cold.
  9. Very true, if they send those astronauts to the moon tho I'm sure Elon will have hit the jackpot.
  10. None of these suggestions will help Elon get wealthier though
  11. Fair enough, what about one of those ubiquity dish repeaters. There's a Australian farmer using them for remote water station monitoring with camera etc.
  12. Yeah had those in the old house. Don't work in the office due to how the electrician wired the electrics to the garden.
  13. Have you tried one of those internet via your plug dongles ?. Put one in a few years back for an old boss, think it uses the earth terminal and some witchcraft.
  14. i get netflix free anyway. I did just call them up though as im out of contract and they quoted £59. I pay extra as I have 3 boosters running in line to get high speed fibre to my office at the end of the garden.
  15. Burns fine, just needs drying like everything else. If you have an open fireplace make sure you have an adequate fireguard as it woll spit
  16. Hi got a cut down willow tree i believe l. any advice on using it for firewood?
  17. Sounds like someone is getting a raw deal without a reach around or dinner. Have a look at sky you might even get Netflix thrown in as a sweetener
  18. Nope, just the fastest option they have. To be honest though. every time the speed goes up ive not really noticed any difference. You only need to speed to reach a certain level to stream...beyond that seems a waste unless you're downloading and uploading huge files constantly. Most people aren't
  19. I hope you have TV and other things as part of that?
  20. Shite products
  21. I cannot answer about starlink but I have fibre to the premises for a week or so now and I bought a VOIP Analogue to Telephone Adapter (grandstream HT812 as my provider advised against some cheaper ones) to keep my landline number and it just seems to work. There are various divert and voicemail options, that I have not investigated, all for an additional £4/month.

This is my home address but I also have a nearby allotment. Please call for which one. The allotment site is locked but has a communal dump site and can take multiple loads.

  24. im thinking about switching. Our BT is £75 a month at the moment...i'd rather pay my money to someone looking to do good in the world.
  25. I'm interested in the Starlink option. My broadband with BT goes up to nearly £40 a month at the end of March and I don't even get a landline. How different is it to a TV satellite dish? My house is surrounded by trees and TV sats don't work very well. I have to use a digital aerial and freeview. Wouldn't want to pull the pin if it isn't going to work.
