I looked at that video, I'm wondering if that aluminium handle can be welded, I've seen some miraculous repairs with specialist ally welders, in some cases you would be hard pressed to tell it was ever broken.
-
Has anyone use POR15 to seal an aluminium fuel tank? did it work?
-
You sorted nothing, keep up and read the room ffs.

Who gives a shit 🤷♂️

Sorted it for you.

No, you're just being silly and trying to create a set of goalposts no one can score through and setting up one for yourself that even a Swedish women's goalkeeper could score in.

Matters not a jot, are we not drowning in a sea of migrants? You pick an area where ethnic diversity has been a big thing over the years, however London's population has only recovered from a drop in population from 1939 to 2020/21 and who made up that gap? Windrush, Eastern Europeans, etc or if you prefer migrants, without whom London would have become a bit of a ghost town. Reversing the question, have you been to central Sunderland and South Tyneside recently?

Neighbour's application to cut back my tpo'd tree

I think that you need to sort out the boundaries and put a fence up. Why havent you done that before now? -
Those two statistics should be an eye opener for anyone waffling on about how immigration is wonderful and essential , 1984 ( The NHS functioned no differently with immigration levels of that period) is the year I joined the army, I’ve paid in to the system my entire life, there’s no way what we see around us nowadays is sustainable or fair. I agree with your assessment that at some point the shit will hit the fan big time in the UK.

Neighbour's application to cut back my tpo'd tree

I would suggest, as soon as practical, get some fencers out to put a decent, concrete post 6 ft boundry fence. Let the fencers know in advance about the previous dispute and show the details if needed. Doing the fence yourself could cause the dispute to turn ugly but most bad neighbours will respect a professional doing it. Particually if they are bigger than them. -

The picture I get is that the tree is on a boundary line? However the boundary is in the wrong place and the real position as been marked with pegs? If the existing disputed boundary is marked with post/ stakes and wire etc and as been like that more than 12 years before the dispute started officially with solicitors letters flying back and forth then the neighbour has adverse possession and can claim it as lawful as far as I’m aware. The line of pegs does not constitute a boundary? If you haven’t already started the process using a solicitor then you’re wasting time? That’s the only way this will get resolved - legally. The TPO issue is minor in comparrison to 3 metre strip of land🤔 -

On that last sentence I think we can all agree. That and the fact that we all enjoyed our dinners.
