Do you believe thus?

On Australians, the internet pushed me a video the other day about a union of sheepshearers being unhappy about some upstart using a wider comb to shear sheep faster. They were bellends.

It’s also the last week of the school holidays. Apart from the occasional Northern Soul weekender etc, these places become deserted for large periods. Why wouldn’t Haven cash in on the lucrative tax payer funded free for all?

Brace yourself.. reply incoming shortly.

They wouldn't be able to afford me.

So typically the holiday resorts are cleaned by people, these people do not live on site, but are - get this - bussed in in the morning - they then do cleaning. One thing that has struck me when we were having a break at some is that the cleaners tend to be coloured - African or Asian descent. So I guess if you were just passing the bus stop in the morning, a coach pulls up, 30 coloured cleaners get off I can see how you can be mistaken. Might be that if the observer was particularly stupid and not checking things out they'd go to the press with a poor photo and a bad observation - and the press, willing to sell papers to the idiots would go with the story without checking it out. Typically holiday parks are run on a tight budget, do not have the cash set aside to pay fines for employing workers illegally - these bussed in workers are there legally and there, on minimum wage, to clean up others shit. Cannot afford cleaners stealing either, all will have been checked out properly. Might be an observation on UK society on a whole but the only people wanting to clean up after others are immigrants, 'we' don't want to do it... and until we do we will need low paid immigrants willing to graft to make a better life for themselves.

Not in my Crocs i won't. The drive there and back is good, Google Earth doesn't do the terrain justice, even getting down to the bottom of the Gorge is a hike! Will have a meal or two in Chora Skafion though! Really treating myself tonight, got a 1.5ltr plastic bottle of dry red for €3.88!

I've never met any really. But they seem awesome. Especially Brisbane where we are going.
-
Evasive? You've known me long enough to know that isn't my style young man.

Stihl gta26 does wonders for light pruning. 2 batteries, if there is substantial work to be done It is quite a step up from silky. I dont see a point in larger saw if all pruning is up to like 5 inches.

It's rare I find an Aussie I dislike. Watch a few on youtube. Have a good mate living over here.
-
I understand your point. In a sense.
-
And you still haven't. I'm either way. You're being evasive. The papers are untrustworthy. I wouldn't even believe photos in fairness. They could easily be faked these days. I have to keep reminding myself that until I've seen it with my own eyes, in the flesh, and probably gone as far as touching it, I can't really believe it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a modicum of truth in it to be honest. A couple of coach loads of unprocessed individuals being temporarily held on site until a permanent location is finalised, obviously being downplayed/lied about by Haven. I mean, imagine paying £1200 quid for a family holiday and then this happens, it would be a total walkout and refund wouldn’t it?

Which way do you and Alex think it will go?
- Today

If the wife is happy , I am not going to stop her! Happy wife happy life!

I reckon I wont mind the snakes and spiders, even the heat I'll get used to. It's the Aussies that might take some warming to. Or maybe I'll think they are all amazing from the get go. Who knows. No idea what to expect really but worth a punt innit

Señor Egg. You can shut Mick’s coward, deserting, Francofagging piehole with a photo from your friends of course.

A cabinet maker friend told me to oil my newly finished furniture once a day for a week, once a week for a month, then once a year for life.
-
Not my work. A customer made them from stuff I cut down. That was probably ten years ago; still going strong today.

Anything to add @Johnsond? It's very unlike you to stay silent on a subject such as this. Surely you've got a LinxedIn screenshot to stick up to confirm this as real news, rather than Fake Facebook News? You're normally first on the scene with the scoop, don't be shy now, you can emerge from the shadows.

In fairness, Simon darling, you have steadfastly avoided giving any straight answer along the lines of, “I spoke to the wardens. They told me they’d seen the coaches with their own eyes.”
