However the term "just needs splitting" and Elm don't go well together IME, defiantly a job for an hydraulic splitter!!

Hi got about 15/20 ton elm been standing dead now cut in 3 metre lenghts and stacked roadside North Essex just cut split and sell anybody interested

It was last time you looked. I had some cut in 3m lengths last year half of it went before I got back to pick it up.:thumbdown:
