Am I the only one who gets disappointed when there are no call outs? Hoping for some calls tomorrow! Winds easing a bit down in Kent but occasionally gusty. Think there will be some down but probably conifers

Do you honestly want to go out in the driving rain at 23:30 just to get a few quid ?

A few 300 Yeh I do egg as it's easy money a lot of the time and if it's that bad we can't sort it easily or safely we go back in daylight and charge accordingly. I invest the call out money back into new kit as it's basically an extra which wasn't budgeted for and sometimes means we can get something which otherwise would have been seen as a bit of a luxury.

Fair play John, each to their own. I hated doing callouts when I worked for other companies. Not something I would want to do these days (nights).

Just a quicky John, do you go out on your own to call outs or do you call someone to go with you ?
