Think its called a " Royall " ?

Thats right Stubby, its a Royal 46. The same mower was sold as a Partner in yellow. Typical Electrolux 'domestic' build quality with plastic deck.

Watch out for cracks in the plastic deck and for loose engine mounts, thats not loose bolts, but worn bushing and holes.

The pictured one has the front cover plate missing, which does not matter, and the belt cover missing which does matter under HSE.

I've got a husky mower (sv145) worst mower I've ever owned....

I hate it, poor build quality and materials (nuts and bolts rusted so its hard to access for service) meant to be self mulching but constantly stalls, just a horrible thing.

I now only use my allen hover mower which cost me £40 about 6 years ago and is just fantastic.

Thanks chaps - think I'll give it a miss. Are there any other cheapo lawn mowers worth considering? The Husky mower above is being advertised at £75ovno. Only looking to spend £50! Cheers, Steve

This won't help probably but the best value mower I ever bought was a Countax Saber 21" Alloy deck 4hp Briggs 2 stroke . Cost me £1.43p . That was 10 years ago still going strong .....

Offer him £50.00 for it they were not that bad, depends on how much work you intend to do with it, the drive was a pto shaft from the side of the Briggs engine, there is not much to go wrong with it, i had one for a good few years.
