Just spent an hour collecting items such as the wheel barrow from the field out the back. Everything is covered in a layer of soil dust and the windows are in need of a clean. Thats me sorted for this morning. Lucky I've got a day off to do the accounts and now got some displacement activity.

Just got home and with the fields around the house all ploughed, this dry warm wind is whipping up a hooley of a dust storm.

I know what you mean.

Had a few call outs in West Lancs,in the early hours of this morning.

Very poor visibility to say the least.

I've been in Caithness and we had small dust storms at Wick on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday an A road near Elgin got closed due to dust killing visibility.

All a bit different to Drumochter yesterday morning; it was wild!
