Method Statement Template

The title says it all, could someone guide me to a template for a method statement please, one anomaly being that it is for recreational climbing but that shouldnt matter. Thanks.

I keep meaning to sort some proper ones out myself and post them for downloads but I always find something else to do rather than do paper work

My method statement isnt too bad well passes all people who ask for it. although it is still work in progress.
