    Chapel Farm - Plantation

Hi there, We are located just below Holman's test mine in Troon, Cornwall; we are on the same road, the first left after the mine's path. The chips would be used for our paths and gardens located on the farm. HGV's come and go from the mine multiple times a day with no problems in regards to the road. I've drawn where the general drop would be best to go however it is just a rough guideline and it can go a lot further back than the photos show. The only requirement is that it doesn't block the path on the left or the gate that is to the right that couldn't fit in the picture.
  2. Curo-lincs

    Witz end farm

Please tip on the drive between the two gates . Please no ragweed or other poisonous material as we have livestock.
  3. White Peak

    White Peak Living

Hello! We are a family of four who live in on a 7 acre eco friendly farm - we heat the house with open fires so need all the logs we can get! Our driveway is located literally on the main A515 road, so extremely easy access for any size vehicle coming through from Ashbourne or Buxton.
  4. I am just starting up a flower farm in a walled garden on the estate. The entrance to the garden is a bit tight at 2.5m but I have had wood chip delivered there. I have a plastic sheet set up by the entrance to dump wood chip on and you can either reverse in straight to it, or drive in an maneuver on the grass.
  5. We are a working sheep farm with good access and large yard for turning. Logs and chips to be left through field gate on left, near chickens. Please do not obstruct access across the field with loads. Use of the loo and a cuppa always await!
  6. LittleTalaBug

    The Orchard

We accept all untreated wood, stumps, chips, and organic matter for our chicken run and orchard. Happy to pay with cash and will throw in fresh eggs, fruits, and nuts when seasonally available.
  7. We're Good With Wood! Drop your Woodchip and Logs for free. Take 5 minutes to register with us, and then use our chip yard whenever you want. We are conveniently located about 1.5 miles from Junction 6 of the M56 (South Manchester/Cheshire)CircularMap. Our office is at the main farm - for a map and directions see the Contact page of our website (https://cheshiregreenwaste.co.uk/contact). You can also register on this page - just click the Register button! We have an ANPR gate so once you are registered you can use the chip yard out of hours and at the weekend. CGW-wood-flyer-03.pdf
  8. We're a family-run smallholding looking to take your woodchip for pathways, mulch, and compost. The site has great access to the main road with plenty of turning space for all vehicle sizes. We've had 12-wheelers enter and turn with no issue. Someone will be available 7am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
