Wee bit mate. But once it's started surely it would be sound after if it was just the ignition? Not a mechanic by all means but he's a pal so I'd like to see it working for him

3-4 year old. Been ridden hard and put away wet. It's now cutting out when hot, won't rev up at all without dying even straight off the bat. I sold this fella this saw and now it's playing up. I bought it off a cutter I work with, so I only know some of it's history but I rag the death out of mine brashing and I guess so did he.

Get on Facebook, Forestry Machine Operator's Blog and post on there. A few boys on there cut hardwoods down south and there's bound to be someone near you. Larch is a good softwood to burn. I burn mainly larch and spruce as it is completely unlimited for me and it works well. Lorry load of hardwood around here is 90 a tonne delivered locally. That can be oversize and prosessor sized mixed load. -

If anyone could possibly show me the ins and outs of modding my 562 exhaust on PMs that would be very helpful. Fancy it after using my work mates, seems to pick up a lot quicker... He says someone just dremeled out the back of the exhaust inlet and welded a pipe off to the side. Apparently you don't need to actually cut them/split them open?

Gave it a clean out. Everything caked and full of sludge as usual. Will do a turn. Fresh chain and new ish 20 inch bar. Selling it for 300 tomorrow. I didn't even need to re tension the pull start as it must of been that caked in sap it was near seized... that's my thought on it anyways. First time really doing much to a saw apart from a clutch which I royally effed on removal 0 tins of Export were harmed in the process

Hahahaha. I thought they were meant to be good... To be fair it's more just to soak up forest roads. Currently in a Kangoo with all terrains and it is surprising how far it goes and the road clearance is half decent.

Aye it's a hard find... I've been even thinking of keeping my Kangoo for a long while til the wheels fall off and buying a Dacia Duster.... someone convince me not to. I'm only 28....

They don't give near enough lift mate. Think the biggest one is only 5 inch of lift.

Aye I've spoke to him a few times on Whatsapp or Messenger. Might buy it after Christmas tbf as it's all I really do is jack trees over. How much lift does that Chris Forestry one do?
