  1. This is getting a double on the bow with onsuite then the plan was another bathroom then another bedroom but think there just gonna have the one bathroom now then the kitchen/dining as soon as you step down into the boat the area you can see in the pic

Haha aye mate it's on a dry dock but it's definitely not level anyway can't wait to start it cause a can roll out of bed and walk to it in 5 min haha scribing is a doddle anyway buddy like a say shouldn't be too hard it's going on the thems once where finished with it just for a base for the owner when they pop to see there kids

Haha totally wrong place for getting decent logs to have milled up mate or dried in a kiln haulage fees make it not worth doing so thinking about building myself a solar kiln but can only find solar fans for it in America n the postage is a nightmare on them either gonna have mains power ran into my allotment off the power grid or just run a power supply from my mates house over the road from it
  5. Aye it's shxt like but a sed ad help a mate out who's took on too much work so got 37 packs to put down on a 45 degree angle in the one with MDF walls then a think about 60/70 packs of parkay to put down in another house in a few weeks after we fit out a canal boat
  6. Haha not my cup of tea mate but it pays the bills was a nightmare getting the full sheets of MDF to the 6th floor had to carry them up the narrow fire exit stairs dropped one on my big toe n broke it with another 6 to get up that day haha no fun at all

  11. Nothing saying one can't be cut into the lengths you need so the grain lines up all the way round the worktops just like it would on a table end when you 45 it Les mate

  14. Looks like spalted alder that I was working with the other week not a clue how to Id trees by bark etc so could be wrong

  16. Wtf would you use a jigsaw for when you recon you have a battery chainsaw and petrol ones that's made for cutting trees you tit definitely a crack head or full of magic mushrooms you like fkn wolly

No mate the treads literally just go between the pole and outside wall as Les sed there metal treads with a small pole on each that the next one slides into if you zoom in on the pole you should see the little collor that covers the joint on each tread in this pic you can see the shape of them pole end where they butt upto the pole all the strength is in the steelwork mate

A wasn't going to make them mate a sed as never make stairs agen after making them 6 days a week for 5 year but the joiner the coustomer brought with him practically begged me to Infront of his coustomer so a felt sorry for the bloke haha but a few hours to get the templates spot on a few more to flatten the slabs with the router sled then sanding then router them out using the temps which was quicker than I thought it would be because it's a nightmare sometimes beech a final sand then osmo all in probably just under 2 days mate Turned out not too bad for making them in an old pigion loft in an allotment haha
  19. Aye a just made a template for each tred mate then routerd them out so there an exact fit once they get on site mate
