  1. Unfortunately a word of warning to all around north Hertfordshire area a silver vitara is doing the rounds dog snatching has entered various farms looking for working dogs and has ram raided kennels. Iโ€™m on a farm watch group of about 40 farms and weโ€™re tracking the low life scum.

  3. Yep I use surplus wet weather gear and as said 30ish quid a pop itโ€™s good value. This is what Iโ€™m using at the moment no complaints here

  9. Had a bit !!! Of rain so no go Friday but made good progress mon/ today Iโ€™ll have to to back over and dress it nicely as itโ€™s 5โ€ of slop/ dredgings from the river to lift bank up a few inches

  11. Iโ€™ll sort pics out tomorrow if you want! Itโ€™s nothing fancy in fact quite agricultural! But practical and things dry overnight
  12. In the workshop Iโ€™ve got open cupboard type arrangement with an oil rad with a metal rack a foot above it for gloves and boots and a couple of coat hangers / hooks for jackets / trousers etc. Works a treat

  15. Only had them a couple of months tbh but yeah seem well made and comfortable. Only today feet got a bit wet but I was working in six inch of slop. Iโ€™m not a climber so canโ€™t comment on them for that but for ground work seem good value.
  16. Starting to clear boundary riverbank to the estate been neglected for years ! Only another 3/4 of a mile to go. All on mi Tod. Fab
  17. Been using rye oil for a while no problems at all
