  5. bloody hell, got worried for a minute when looking up Deuteronomy for the above... Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him. And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also." (Genesis 38:7-10) hopefully a Kleenex doesn't count as the "ground". i love superstition, so funny
  6. this is my favourite Deuteronomy 25:11-1: If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.

  15. Yes and not quite. I’ve been climbing this tree for 25 years although today I used a zigzag. I didn’t know what you were on about at first but then I zoomed in on my gorgeous mug. It has been sunny in County Durham but that’s shadowing from the leaves

  20. I feel sorry for the young uns. You can’t even have drunken sex anymore. I didn’t know of any other kind til I was 25. My daughter knows of 2 women who have falsely accused a casual fling of rape
  21. You have hit it on the head. It’s visualising what can happen next and then planning for it. YouTube is a brilliant educational tool, even the “funny” fails. I remember one where the bloke had rigged a heavy limb and when he had finished the cut it swung onto his leg causing a terrible compound fracture. He would have just thought “ I cut the branch and it falls to the ground. Simples”
  22. Yep, never failed for me but sometimes I prefer middle of nowhere with a bottle
