  1. If I remember correctly it was a single electric motor and an axle with a differential . The only downside to this set up was that it could drain the battery unless operated with the engine running , this meant having the cutting wheel spinning as well ! When the hydrostatic model came onto the scene it had a clutch for the cutting wheel. Pete Baggs might correct me ?
  2. From memory the first units Greenmech sold were electric drive to the wheels and hydrostatic drive came later.
  3. Why not try : Farmer's Tyre Ltd - Google Search G.CO They always were the go to for ag wheels and tyres..
  4. They aren't available separately as far as I'm aware but I have a couple here that I'm happy to send if they ask on the order...👍 Jase.
  5. Soeren , That's the correct part number , also these are correct: 900990015 clutch end rubber 900990016 engine end rubber Jase.
  6. Hi Soeren , the easiest way would be to order the parts from our Spanish dealer 'Riversa' I will be able to confirm the part number when I'm back at work tomorrow 👍 Jase.
  7. Hi Soeren , The part number for the rubber coupling, engine end is : TC204921/2 It's in stock and we can supply a pair of locating/drive pins. This is OK if you can remove the sheared pins ? If you require the complete assembly then it comes with the green plate but is substantially more expensive . The part number for the complete assembly is : 4007037. Regarding the bolts holding the green plate to the engine flywheel , from memory they were all cap head or all hex head and not normally a mix of the two but it's really not an issue. Jase.
  8. I'm just waiting on our Parts Department getting back to me..
  9. Thinking ??? When you say the rollers are always moving, do you mean they creep ? It's not uncommon for roller motors to creep on an old machine but there should be no power behind them.. Jase.
  10. Did you try turning the override tap as I suggested ? If the rollers speed up when the tap is turned , the solenoid valve is faulty.. Jase.
  11. With the ECM150/35D If you want to check the operation of the No-stress at the Herschmann plug on the solenoid valve , there should be a blue/white wire that's ignition controlled live (with the override button pressed) and a purple wire that's a switched earth from the No-stress box when you have a green light. Jase.
  12. There is an 'override ' tap next to the No-Stress solenoid valve , try turning the lever 90 degrees, do the feedrollers work then ? Jase.
  13. Hi David , At the Herschmann plug on the solenoid valve you should get +12v and an earth when you have a green light on the No-stress box . The No-stress box gives the earth. With a red light you should lose the earth. Are you getting these results ? Jase.
  14. Hi David , please can you tell me the model of your chipper ? Also a serial number would help. Jase.
  15. Hi Enda , A question. That small red wire in the junction box that goes to terminal 1 on the circuit board , next to the heavy black , it should be red and green ? Has that wire been replaced ?
  16. If you send me your email address to : [email protected] I can email over a test to carry out. Jase.
  17. Hi Alan , It needs to rev above 1450 on the display for the feedrollers to feed in. Have you tried operating the valve manually by pushing in the copper coloured centre on either end of the spool with a small screwdriver with the engine running to see if the rollers turn ? It should be easy to push in with the engine off and will only move about 3 or 4mm , with the engine running it should be hard to push. If it's easy even with the engine running then I would disconnect the pressure hose at the valve 'marked P' and put this into a container and start the engine to check for oil flow ? If there's good flow then it suggests the valve is faulty. Jase.
  18. As Ash says , also , is the hydraulic pump belt tight ?

Hello , if you can supply an email address the i can send a hydraulic flow diagram if that would help ? You can email your address to : [email protected] If that's easier ? There isn't a clutch fitted to that chipper..
  20. And me.
