My day rate is fixed as per the ODIA agreement before I start any project, regarding competency 😂I do ok but do have to complete a quarterly exam to jeep my certification valid. Cycling?? You ain’t the sharpest most perceptive individual are you ?? Track and truck etc etc should lead you to the fact it is some form of motor sport in this case it is MX not Cycling 😞. I guess a few might disagree but it reminds me somewhat of a thread elsewhere on here, disagree with the arbtalk left or have a opinion that in anyway goes against the narrative and it’s a case of light the fuse and stand back. Interestingly it’s predominantly the same characters from that thread who are here now. Things have gone the same route with unfounded zero evidence accusations of racism, Islamophobia, bullying etc etc etc as opposed to unfounded zero evidence anti vaxxer, conspiracy theorist, sacrificing the elderly etc etc. Different opinions don’t hold much sway with the comrades it would seem. Anyway just an observation.

I’m right and proud, I am proud not ashamed to be British, I’m not ashamed of our culture or history as is the case with many, I already do a lot of what you mention in the first paragraph, I don’t feel the need to advertise what I do . Starmer imo is not building a better fairer country and never will do. Some people need to spend sone time in the worlds less savoury places then you might realise how good it actually is here.

As I said Concentrate on the basics and take the devices out of schools and don’t let politics in . The Scottish results in particular are dire, it’s easy to see the new mantra developing in front of us, misinformation can work both ways as we have seen. Im sure you will disagree, personally I’d rather my kids develop the ability to fact check themselves than it be dictated to them by whichever administration is deciding what’s factual and what isn’t. How wrong you are, you base your opinion on what is on this Forum nothing more, you are entitled to it, something a few on here can’t cope with when others express themselves . You have never spent a single second in my company or observed what I do or how I conduct myself towards other people or seen the ethnic or religious make up of the work colleagues and friends I have, yet here you are throwing an opinion out as if it’s fact. Peds I know who I am and how I live my life. I stand by my statement, having worked extensively in several Islamic countries I can assure you we in the west of Christian faith are a very tolerant and welcoming society. You do realise there is a real world outside of the internet where real people with real names actually get on with doing real things, thats when you can make real judgments about people .

Western Europe and Christianity is the most tolerant of environments and religions by far. If you think not I’d seriously advise any of you to pop over to any one of a dozen Islamic countries and try and practice the religious freedoms that Muslims have here. You might find the outcome rather interesting.

Schools might be better off concentrating on teaching seeing as exam results are down all over the UK. They are supposed to be educational establishments not indoctrination centres. As was the case during the covid farce every bit of info other than the established narrative was subdued or shut down, often with hindsight and knowledge obtained since mistakenly. Keep the phones out of school is a good start rather than teaching them only believe what the state tells you , Hitler Youth style.

I think you will find there is one person who thought it funny to ridicule someone’s name repeatedly. Anyway I’m offended and distressed at your comments about what you are gonna do to my wife, you crossed a line. Police Scotland don’t approve of online threats, be it what you are or aren’t gonna do to a persons wife or what you fantasise about in regarding knives, pretty bad timing for the latter I’d say. 😞

Why don’t you follow your own advice then , the ist or ic accusation is the easiest or weakest of attack when there’s nothing else left, you came bounding in to a fairly easy going series of posts after a 48hr absence mouthing off about cocks like a pre pubescent teenager, mind you that’s not as bad as the other day when you fired off 6 unanswered post at myself 🤷♂️. Anyway I’d say In the current climate you might want to be a bit more careful with your words as making comments in regards your intentions to someone’s wife could easily be classified as offensive or distressing 🤷♂️ Just saying like.
