  1. I am starting to get lots of firewood which I am splitting and stacking on pallets in my yard. I want to waterproof this wood but am struggling to do more than putting a tarp over it which isn't much use longterm. Does anyone shrink wrap their firewood on pallets, can this be done?? Any other ideas, though I should say I am not able to put a barn/store in due to planning restrictions? Thanks.

I have never owned my own chipper but can and now need to buy one and I want to make sure that if I do go for the Grennmech I won't be making an expensive mistake! Ta
  13. I have kept bees for a number of years, like the look of the hive though I do wonder how reliable it would be longterm. As for keeping up with the husbandry like TGB said this will still have to occur regardless of the hive. I think I would like to try one, did look on the Thrones Bess website a few days ago to see if they were on the market, I can't find them yet?

  18. Hi all what are the results in your experience when you have SEO'd your website, something that I am considering, i.e. does it work, is there a dramatic improvement in google ratings and leads etc????
  19. I haven't checked with the tree officer as I have decided not to go any further, but i did ask the question and apparently there is no TPO which I agree is unlikely!!
  20. Mountain man makes a fair point I think, cheap shouldn't mean cowboy in any trade in my opinion. From the pictures I received my gut instinct was in the area of 1300-1500 but that was only based on the pictures as thats all I have seen also, I wouldn't do it for any less I reckon. It would take me two long days based on my current experience, equipment and manning etc.
  21. perhaps I have been over charging then!
  22. Yep will do, apparently currently a bid of 500 pounds has been offered by a professional company!!
  23. All stop, just heard back from the customer who has informed me that she would like this "removed very very quickly and very very cheaply", her words, alarm bells are ringing!
