  1. I've been making some enquiries to source a decent size hydraulic ram but no joy as yet. Anyone got one knocking about they would like to donate to a worthy cause?
  2. If I can't hire one I may well consider making one myself or getting someone to make it for me, can't be that difficult just getting components could be challenging. The key is the splitting grill and ram size.
  3. Hi All, Looking to hire a log splitter that'll process 2-3' diameter tree trunks like the machine in the video clip. Looked at the Binderbinder at APF but couldn't justify buying one so looking to hire in. Anyone out there got something like this for hire?
  4. Got a Jensen A540 and looking for an additional chipper so will consider the 8" Forst but the 6" versions hopper is too narrow in my opinion. As previously said both rock solid brands.
  5. Go for the Jensen 👍 rock solid
  6. Avoid like the plague nothing but headaches!!
  7. Get plenty of chip in the back of that 😉
  8. Heathrow 36.7 C http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-33324881
  9. That's like standing on the street and shouting out your question. Lol
  10. I agree, can't see why you can't advertise on here, it's a pain switching to Arb Trader. I'm sure more people would use it if it was within Arb Talk
  11. Looks good. Gonna give Muck Truck a bit of competition depending on how much you're asking for UK version?
  12. I had three sets of genuine blades shatter on my Jensen earlier this year, machine only couple of years old - Redwood stripped and rebuilt for £££'s they blamed copper grease on fixing bolts but I still think blades were faulty batch.
  13. Thanks for that. Checked out this link... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuligo_septica
  14. My Tree Fungi app has stopped working, using iPhone 5s any known issues?
  15. Is it on the Fungi Id web site?
  16. Very pleased with my Jo Beau - thanks Dean. Will need some new teeth at some point.
  17. I've been told today that NFU are pulling away from Arb insurance hence the price hikes.
  18. I'm looking for an alternative plant insurance cover for chipper, trailers and stump grinders etc Currently use NFU but they're getting to pricey. Any suggestions?
  19. T Can't see any stamp on the blades so presume they're not genuine. Hope that helps.
  20. Thanks Steve. Logged in on my iPhone to Arbtalk so why can't I access Arb Trader?
  21. Really don't know if they're the same as 400 blades. I'll try and provide dimensions bit later.
  22. No not new only sharpened couple of times, good condition as seen.
