    I wouldn't no about the Andrew's but I can second Mattys liking for the phanner I wear pilates and they are great I've probably worn every kind of phanner boot including the matterhorns that are nearly 400 quid and these pilates are way better I personally think they are great value for money

    Been big and climbing trees possible I've done it for over 20 years I was tubby farm lad when I started now I'm a heavy tree man but but been bigger is definitely not a advantage 6ft and over 20st then adding all the ppe and climbing kit and saw it's a lot to haul round a tree day after day I have always loved lifting weights the two things lifting and climbing just dont go together cardio would be my best advice to anyone whatever age u get into climbing build your endurance and weight related strength up as much as u can

    Rotten popular sorry not many picks we were to busy dealing with neighbour's that said we didn't have permission then once it was made clear we very much did have permission they said many times there must be debris at all!!! Go in there garden only a good 60% of crown hanging over there garden ! Then later to just cap the day we had the idiot bat brigade ?
