  1. Ideally looking for full time work self employed or paye, have all my own equipment, ppe and transport. i have cs30 cs31 and cs38 also my PTS AC DCCR. Willing to work away and travel.

  3. wish i could afford one to be honest every time i see the big 12footers come up there around £2800 i only paid £1000 for my trailer so not worth it

  7. im wanting to convert my trailer to a tipper however I've no idea how you work out where to mount the ram is there some maths as to where to put it also what is the best type of ram to use and what sort of size stroke do you think i will need thanks mitch
  8. yep however you gonna have to run the truck otherwise you will kill the battery off.
  9. anyone got any decent amounts of arb waste hardwood round the east midlands or south yorkshire they don't want can sort haulage if you can't

  13. i would of to £5 jesus some people take the piss really i would never give logs away unless i like the person haha i gave about 5 rings about 4 inch thick 24 inch diameter and some decent size logged branches maybe fill half a ton bag and i took away the seasoned conifer he had for free dropping a ton bag of seasoned logs off ton him tomorrow

  15. What intrigues me is you say you couldn't get them to buy from you yet the the cars there driving tell me different and your actually going to loose custom?
  16. i just used a tipper off a double cab transit tipper and the frame work all shortened down
  17. midland road spring and its easy to up you front torsion bar with spanners and jacks
  18. midland springs in birmingham sell leaf kits with pre bushed with new u clamps for £200 delivered heavy duty or you can have custom ones
  19. based in Dronfield just outside of sheffield would also take kiln dried logs if the price is right
  20. looking for something that is seasoned either split or un split that can be sold this season as I'm getting requests already for this season and i have nothing that will be ready till next.

Hello, Thinking about building a kiln can weld fabricate do most things wanting to use either insulated containers, old fridge backs off lorries question is how to heat them without it costing a fortune for setup thought about waste oil heater any other suggestions? Also do you split the logs then kiln or ring kiln then split? and how do you store them after?
  24. Currently looking for sub and paye opportunities based around south yorkshire and derbyshire don't mind travelling further a field if travelling is paid. Currently just have cs30 cs31 but have cs38 and cs39 booked in for october also have all my own ppe, climbing kit and saws can provide an l200 tipper to.
  25. Just wondered why even if on the railway you dont have cs38 cs39 and only ground tickets they still want you to have IRATA why is this so can clear ivy off bridges?
