  1. your entitled to your opinion ! These are the times we live in. as for making excuses for theiving scum, then dont give them an excuse for taking our gear by leaving it in vehicles overnight. Will Rob leave gear in the pick up overnight again? i doubt it.
  2. I have no sympathy mate, if you leave gear in a van/pick up then you are asking for it to be robbed. i used to leave saws etc locked in the tool box of my landy untill i found some scratches around the lock.
  3. it doesnt make you want to buy a stihl does it.
  4. supply and demand mate, if they have it and you want it you cnt expect it for free. if you pay a bit for it then you might do ok. i get my wood from my tree surgery company but i also buy it in as i sell so much i cant get enough of the stuff.
  5. mine cost £275 plus a bit for the web address and hosting, £300 tops. the guy that did it is called matt and is sound. inteligent internet. give him a try.
  6. As we spend a lot of time felling, processing and storing out nice hardwood, and making sure its dry ready to burn. How do we go about delivering it in the wet? I have been putting a tarp over it and then tipping it and then the customer covers it or leaves a cover. what do you guys do? does anyone even bother? i know seasoned wood dry very, very quickly if left in a good flow of air. Try telling that to customers.they dont believe it.
