  4. Just got back to finish wolf carving. Not totally happy with it, but the next one will improve.

  9. Fur was scratch wiithside tip of saw kinda 45 angle forom bottom t top then burnt and wire brushed in same direction as fur.(eyes ), eye burning tool on dia grinder. nose sand with drill attactment finnished with a topping of decking oil , it was a qaurter tip bar for fur.
  10. Sorting out some of my old carvings, ready for this years shows. I have cleaned up this old bear it was about the 4th bear carving I had done. Never knew what his arms were doing, but now I've decided he's holding a walking stick made out of oak.

  16. It was a very short stump, but would have been a idea, I also hit a nail that day and blunted my 550 xp chain, stones grit nails great things you fing near the ground.
  17. The trees were cut down a while ago, so didn't have much wood to work with on this commission. So I took the wizard down to finish the piece. The stump at the front was rotten, so I hollowed it out for a plant.

  19. This is my first wolf carving, hoping it will turn out ok. Just started today, will post more pics when finished. Also a photo a snake in the garden today, enjoying the sunshine.
  20. Hi kenty , I, ve been carving 2 years , I carved at 10 shows last year which was my first year doing shows. I also do landscaping and digger work, good luck mate:thumbup1:
