What pole trimmers are folks using these days?

I just got the new husqvarna telescopic polesaw and it's superb -
After all labour and comsumables i'm making about 750 a week...is that cheap. I haven't spoken to many other tree surgeons so don't know. I've got more wood than i know what to do with.... I think finance is well affordable but it's just what if i have a quiet period

For those of you who have made the jump to a bigger machine, was it leap of faith to do it? I've been out on my own since last october and i've been 6 days a week mostly since... But the thought of taking on finance for a bigger machine over 4 years concerns me though having said that i'm very nearly at the point where I have no choice

I've been out on my own for the last 5 months and it's better than I could have hoped though i'm at the point where I need a decent chipper and the finance is slightly daunting... I already have my truck on finance. Right now I could afford it but what's round the corner a month or two down the line I can't be 100% sure. Who here has dealt with those quiet periods along with the oncoming monthly payments? -

Looks like a good machine on vids i've seen, who has the honda engine? Everything's timberwolf out this way..don't like the uncovered engine on the 125. Most dealers are hardly jumping to bring out a demo for t.wolf.

For anyone who has had an arborist 130 for a while is it still going well?

My l200 set up, painted boards would quite like to have larger aluminium panels but wouldn't know where to look...any ideas??

I'm going to do the access to tree's aerial rescue course soon and I have been given a list of equipment to get. I have had a look but don't really know what I'm looking for, for example adjustable strop doesn't mean anything to me:confused1: so I wouldn't know what it even looked like and am having a hard time finding it online. So I'm hoping an experienced climber could tell me exactly what i would need for the course... It would be such a massive help cheers.
