    When I was a tree officer I defended a holm oak that was causing damage to a garage The pinn s went with me rhe tree stayed I thought it was borderline as the tree could only be glimpsed from a public place and neighbour wrote in favour of felling Pinn and a lot of arborists these days are tree hungers want to save everything

    Shane not sure if I read your post right as I have had a hard day milling and now into the whiskey bottle But when was pulled by traffic cops and escorted to local weigh bridge the axle weights are the max however the cops have a 10 percent descreation on not prosecute ing but can't let let u continue on the road This is my experience Hope it helps

    I registard a rb44 as 3.495 tons as that's what she weighed So your can drive her on a post 97 licence but u would not be able to carry a load but you could tow up to 2.2 ton U would need to buy a unregistered rb to do this I have a few of them so I was just playing with Dvla instead of them f-ck ing with me

    I got stopped a few years ago with 43 wet turfs a 066 a 044 and a few cans of fuel I was 10percent overloaded on front axle as carting 2 staff and myself This was in my 3 .5 iveco I sold the truck and a bought a rb44 6 tonner I don't stress now I was always overloaded and now rarely People just don't understand the weights you can legally carry per axle They also don't understand the important of the right ply tyres

    Date of your letter the original one U could argue that no notice is required as repeat works Ie they sanctioned it before was not an issue then should not be an issue now but be mindfull if other trees have been removed in the area making your tree more visible or having more amenity Shoot straight stay alive

    Personally I prefer planners who no nothing about trees and admit it At least you can point them in the right direction.     It's always annoyed me that we have to 211 notice but the l p a don't joke really with some of the work they do Either to little wasting our money working to bs3998 instead of getting on with the job to a cost benifit Or dropping trees with visual amenity cause of a highway issue Shoot straight stay alive

    Property of tree On another thought as this is almost done Anyo e suffering loss due to an imposition of a tpo is entitled to compensation Therefore if works refused and a tpo imposed then the extra costs of tree friendly repair could be argued to for the public benifit and loss suffered via the difference In costs Hope this makes sense If we all did this ie Pursue cost tree officers would be more corporative

    Go for a rb44 carry 2.5 tons legally gross weight 5.5 drive on a pre 90 licence one one eBay with tipper 7k low miles I love mine best thing I did selling the landrover Daffs look good value but are 10 ton but cheap at 3 k plus your chip box and tipping ram Shoot straight stay alive

    Your gona need a felling licence for a clear fell your not gona get anything sorted till end of year Last one I did the fc were so under staffed it took 20 weeks before I got licence Where u gona plant the new trees?
