Spot on, why overcomplicate what appears on the face of it a minor issue unlikely to be tree related and more likely a bit of a dodgy conservatory build.

As the course below dpc and course above dpc are not attached the crack you show in pic could have nothing whatsoever to do with the tree, in fact, for what it’s worth, I’d say it’s fairly unlikely.

I was once told if you walk away from the tree bending forward looking between your legs back at the tree that when you’re at a distance that you can see the top of the tree, that distance will be height of tree! I guess there are many variables there but it would make me a happy man if there was any truth in it[emoji846]

Yeah, think plug has maybe been in it since I bought off a guy on here years ago, guess it could be as simple as that! Plug looked light coloured on one side and dark on other side, that’s why I put pic up. I’ll order a plug[emoji106]

My old stihl 026 cuts out quite often when left to idle, like 2 secs after putting it down as if it’s been switched off, and if it doesn’t cut out then it will invariably die as soon as you try to put revs back on it! It always starts again with a pull or two. Not the end of the world but a tad annoying. I’d appreciate any thoughts

Well johnsond, it’s just that I don’t see that not thinking people should die that don’t really need to die at that time is in bad taste, after all they have contributed to our society all through their working lives, Andy is for sacrificing their lives so his daughter doesn’t have a break in her education, of which the consequences would appear to be insufferable. It’s just my POV, I’m sure you’ll have some longwinded explanation why you are right and I am wrong. Yeah, I get let out quite often[emoji23], I just don’t spend it all on a wood forum typing long winded post after post on politics. You obviously have plenty time on your hands, lucky man[emoji106]
