As an aside to this serious debate, our crappy council had a half hearted attempt at verge cutting last year (which is fairly important on single track , very busy roads) no attempts this year so far, this year has seen local volunteers having to cut the grass in the graveyards as council are not doing them. Lol, that's true! But using the NHS as an example, managers are not silly, they are more than happy to bring in as many under managers as they can as it elevates them and protects their jobs. But doesn't help you dan, when you fall out of a tree and there are fewer doctors and nurses because there are so many layers of management! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

Yup, sadly there are no outstanding leaders in our midst, just have to tough it out till one comes along, labour are a joke (albeit not as much of a joke now, thanks to the tories), the tories? Absolute shambles! Apart from Ruth Davidson, who gained 12 seats I think and will push against Theresa ( unfortunate turn of phrase there[emoji38]), can't imagine Ruth is a big DUP fan.
