    Lol, that's true! But using the NHS as an example, managers are not silly, they are more than happy to bring in as many under managers as they can as it elevates them and protects their jobs.     Yup, sadly there are no outstanding leaders in our midst, just have to tough it out till one comes along, labour are a joke (albeit not as much of a joke now, thanks to the tories), the tories? Absolute shambles! Apart from Ruth Davidson, who gained 12 seats I think and will push against Theresa ( unfortunate turn of phrase there[emoji38]), can't imagine Ruth is a big DUP fan.
