  1. I got given a litre to try in climbing saw and 346xp Both saws kept stalling in tickover, So personally I wouldn't pay £20 for 5l
  2. Each to there own mate not saying I would buy/own one its just nearly £400 and I have managed without one so I will manage without one and keep the £400

  5. I just can't fault my 201t so I guess if I had a 150t I would try and use it for everything that's the problem

  12. Thanks mate,it seems no matter how I change it or which hc knot I try I always seem to go back to the trusty prussik with a pulley saver, Just think it feels so safe and reasonably fast

Hi all, really wanting to get on with hc, system, I've just tied the Knut, and had a quick play at home, before I rush in and get a hc pulley I've just tried it with a normal petzl pulley and petzl cut away strap, hope this Is ok? If it is I will try it tommorow and if I get on with the Knut order a couple of hc pulleys, Sent from up the tree Cheers

Hi all, Looking to meet new climbers to see how they climb, tips/tricks etc, I currently climb with a 37 & 25m main line on prussiks, combined with a removable pulley saver, and a 8m rope lanyard with isc rope grab. Would love to see how other people climb and looking to try possibly mechanical methods, also the distel/vt etc, Would be looking in mid Devon, a possible tree is located at spreyton, Ex17 5as If anyone is interested please get in touch, 07792906258 Would be able to find a few big oaks so no probs there, Could go for a nice pint after, Cheers Josh

Hi all, Love watching the vids on arbtalk, One of my favourites is ( reg ) It's part of the inspiration which made me decide to take up climbing, I would love to have a go at making a few basic vids my questions are ,, What type/make is the camera? What software do you need to edit the vids? And where do you buy them from? Thanks 😃 josh
