  2. Mint set up mate I have plans to convert my 110 pickup to a tipper with a black chequer plate chipper box on rear just had it resprayed recently needs a clean now though lol

  4. I love it & aint finished yet Boxed off pick-up in black chequer plate, tipper conversion, 2inch lift, big dirty offroad tyres & lots more ;-)
  5. Finally Resprayed heres a quick picture for now ppl, been to busy catching up on work ill add more when the sun finally decides to make an apperance as it looks more orange in the sunlight

  7. Pictures of landy still a work in progress & doesnt show proper colour with it being inside spray shop & using phone ill add more pictures when its finished

Been up2 the Respray shop today see how hes getting on & it looks good, not finished yet but will be done by 5pm tomorrow ill put a couple of pictures on now off it in the spray shop, but bear in mind the pictures were taken with my phone & the landy is still in the dark spray room, but if you look at the bonnet you can see the colour better
  9. hahaha needs to be done edwoody hate the farmer blue colour, to busy for graduation m8 ill just get em through post got a huge poplar tree booked in for saturday all being well iv got landy bk! Gonna have ago at different rigging on that lol but i might go for cs41 in sept as im going bk reaseheath doing the RFS Ceretificate

Still at the respray shop taking the piss went down sunday which is what we arranged for pick-up & the landrover hasnt even been started on yet :-/ was not happy with him as i had work booked in for all this week needing the work-horse! He promised it will be done this week i could of used the landy last week if i knew he wasnt gonna bother starting it hopefully pics sometime this week ... ?!?
  11. Still at the Sprayshop guys hopefully be finished by weekend iv got work booked in cant wait to see the end product aswell ill definately post some pics up for every1 :-)

  13. Im really loving that orange m8 what exact colour is it ? not such a rush now was going spray shop friday but moved it to wednesday next week now fully booked with work so need the work horse & yeah black roof & black chequer are a must!!

Yeah every1 goes on about landrovers arnt reliable but look after them maintain them & hopefully they will be sweet for years, makes me laugh only had this defender for 2weeks & every other landrover driving past gives a little wave & a little flash haha feels good being part of the club not doing a roller paint job some lad i know did that & you should see it lol ;-/ taking it bodytech shop friday then im off on holiday for a week so hopefully when im back it will be ready ill stick a picture on this thread nice & shiny new

Well happy just bought my first landrover 110 hi-cap pickup at the age of 24 getting resprayed at weekend need to hurry & make my mind up on colours at the moment im thinking silver with black roof & black vents on front & black chequer plates on bonnet & wings ?? want to get it converted to a tipper but dont want to spend a fortune can i just modifify the pick-up with a Ram etc ??

You could always buy your tipper van, then if needs be on bigger tree jobs when brashing up & loading the back of tipper up would take a month lol go hire a chipper for the day or week if fully booked on work, this is what im gonna be doing until i can afford a chipper plus i know lots of farms to dump the woodchip so will be saving on the tipping costs
  19. The art & science of practical rigging is a must mate iv just bought it last week brilliant book, they sell them on good old ebay around £30 worth it !

  21. Stihl Hiflex very comfortable class c protection had mine for 6months still plenty of life in them get a pair for around 180

Definity i want to learn & gain as much quals as i can also there might be a part time job going for an assistant tree sureyor which would be great for experience, then start a part time business to fill my week, im very lucky though i already have a 22month old little girl hence why im up at 2:45am lol & our own house with no rent/mortage everything happens for a reason & usually falls into place
