    Ben Said in post 10 that the planning app was to build on the footprint of the existing unused garage. To the right of the house is what looks to be a garage, behind a fence, so I assume that there is an existing drop kerb. It looks tight, but I wondered if two cars could park facing the division hedge between the two properties. Hope that makes sense:biggrin:
