  4. i have a bahco one its pretty solid it wont bend ,had to file the front down to get it into the cut , its the best one i have seen ,got it from clarks years ago. dont like the small bahco bars but the big one is good

  6. sorry stubby didnt think oregon made carlton chain, used it years ago didnt stay sharp and just broke after a couple off days, had to bin 2 chains not the same quality as oregon:001_smile:

  13. oregon make a cheaper chain and call it chipmaster, its a pro chain, i use it all the time its as good as any chain out there
  14. vallorbo files are made by oregon and in the same factory ,a dif grade of file

  19. cut n climb £125 good jackets never been wet with it on and you can wash it and it is still waterproof:thumbup:
  20. all i did was take the exhaust off drill holes in the baffier, it gave it about 15 to 20 more power, turned it into a far better saw

  24. you could be in for a shock ,60 pounds a day is what a lot off people want to pay for that work in scotland, and they think a good climber should work for 80,there is some that will pay the going rate but there thin on the ground good luck
  25. hi dom the first thing i do with a new saw is take the dogs of this will give you a extra inch ,stick a 14 on and it will take most big stuff down
