  1. Dunno . Gold finches I was refering to . Some times I wonder were they have got to as I have niger/thistle seed and sunflower hearts out the back and they are all over the birch trees out front .

  3. I am running an 18" driven by an 8 pin sprocket . It pulls it ok but you do sacrifice a little torque but not much . Cuts faster if you dont lean on it too heavy .

  6. Just going to throw Aspen pop in there for the hell of it .
  7. I got seed , sunfower hearts , niger seed , pea nuts and fat balls . The seed goes in 2 days ( 2x feeders ) the fat balls in 1 day the suflower hearts in 3 days the niger seed in a bout a week and the pea nuts about 3 weeks . They eat/collect more at this time of year than winter as they are stuffing it down the youg ,

  18. So exactly what I said only we differ on the amount of " tap " you godda give it . I have never had a problem and always found compression enough to tap it with an ally or copper drift and spin it off .
  19. Clutch is a simple C clip and slide strait off on a 372 surely ? The drum I mean then a tap with a drift and off it spins .

    Iv not heard one in years either .....used to be so persisent . is there aloss of habitat or similar ?
  23. The fact that its A/T is the reason it wont affect the running ....well it will affect the running A/T or not . it will run a bit harder , abit cooler and a bit louder . The A/T will compensate in what ever way is required .
