Hi Rob , its just recreational hockey but its quite a good standard as players from actual teams come along for the extra practise and theres a good mix of Russians / Pole's who are normally very good . I'm hoping i may get good enough ( all things being considered , age etc ) to play for an amateur team now and again .

Do you skate Rob ??

Dont like it generally but needs must sometimes . The mess your gear gets in isnt nice at all .

The scales are all but lost, to the right a smaller frond at its base still has some remaining, the stipe is also cracked, warty and leathery which is a classic ident feature, as are the thousands of micro beetle bore holes and the bleached white appearence of an aged and sun dried Polyporus squamosus!

 

And black at the base ??

Great news .. looks like the U.C.I governing body is going to legally challenge the USADA decision . They simply cant legally be judge , jury and prosecutor . He has not been stripped of anything yet , fingers crossed
