  1. Which team?

    Sent from my Galaxy S2

Hi Rob , its just recreational hockey but its quite a good standard as players from actual teams come along for the extra practise and theres a good mix of Russians / Pole's who are normally very good . I'm hoping i may get good enough ( all things being considered , age etc ) to play for an amateur team now and again .

    Do you skate Rob ??

  2. Cheers Dave .. Forgot i had your card in the blinkin landy or i would have called you . Ah well till the next time .

Cant wait to see the eagle or buzzard , i'm a bird of prey nut so high expectations !!

Dont think i'll manage Carrbridge tomorrow but i'm sure it will be a great day out , Craigs going and there are other arbtalkers carving there i believe .

    Take care , Graham :001_smile:

  3. The scales are all but lost, to the right a smaller frond at its base still has some remaining, the stipe is also cracked, warty and leathery which is a classic ident feature, as are the thousands of micro beetle bore holes and the bleached white appearence of an aged and sun dried Polyporus squamosus!

    :001_tt2:

And black at the base ??

  4. Sorry Dave the post was a bit gobblydigook . Realised last night that the tree in your first picture was the one i was doing today . The gardener said there was a carving guy that did a Gruffalo recently in the yard ! small world

Was blowin a real hoolie this morning and tied in to an included bark union , could have done with you mate . On a side note , are you doing the big dead lump thats standing in the yard ?

  5. The Spanish think we are insincere.

Partly because of the way we look at the floor when we pretend to be interested in meeting someone we don't know.

Partly because of the way we say sorry when we burp and fart.

I am just getting started. need a while to warm up:001_smile:

Cant argue with that . But who are the best arbs iyo ? :confused1::biggrin:

  6. You have to go and have a look for yourself.

I've been around the world a few times starting back in 1979.

If I said what I think here with loads of folk who ain't seen what I've seen.

I'd be typing crap for long enough to do what you should do...go see mate.

Nice to hear your opinion though Albedo ...:001_smile:

  7. Great news .. looks like the U.C.I governing body is going to legally challenge the USADA decision . They simply cant legally be judge , jury and prosecutor . He has not been stripped of anything yet , fingers crossed :001_smile:

  8. If it was a false allegation he would fight it. Hes worth 125 million, he could fight this with ease, and if he won could be worth alot more. If he was innocent.

By giving up early, He is avoiding loosing his hero status with his more loyal followers by being exposed in a trail where proof of what hes done WOULD come out.

Lance Armstrong give up ? NEVER EVER EVER

Loose hero status ? Not in a million years . The UCI and the tour boss pru d'homme i think it was then should stick 2 fingers up to the USADA .

  9. never mind at least he got to walk on the moon.............:001_smile:

:laugh1::laugh1: Planet Armstrong Martyn right enough !!

BTW my farrier arrived last week with your business logo on his T-shirt . I said do you know evanangelseatbeans ??? :laugh1:
