    Jokes???

Paddy's in the bed with his wife one evening when the next door neighbours dog is barking, causing a real nuisance. "I'm going to go down and sort this out for good!" He announces.A few minutes later, Paddy comes back from outside and climbs into the bed, but the dog is still barking."Well, what did you do!?" said the wife."I put it in our garden to see how they like it!"
  2. Not done pics before hope this works.... Pic 1&2 show 46mm left side 47mm right Pic 3 shows remaining marks on the original 46mm cylinder.
  3. Thanks for quick reply spud. I have tried a 47mm kit which looks similar to that, couldn't get it to run, I will get some pictures a up asap but I'm sure transfer ports are different. I should have mentioned that originally, my bad.
  4. Previous owner seized it,put neet fuel in by mistake. Have cleaned the bore and it looks OK but would rather fit new. Have had no problem sourcing none genuine piston but can't find cylinder any where, it's the 46mm bore. Have priced genuine components but out weighs the value of the saw. any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
  5. Any ideas where I might be able to pick up a copy of their catalogue?could do with a new pair of STEEL Hy-Flüx trousers?
  6. If it's been left for 2 months with veg oil in, good chance it's just blocked up? Sure someone else had a similar problem back along?
  7. Rodrigo y Gabriela - stairway to heaven Awesome.
  8. Fitted a set of mintex pads to a customers Discovery, they supplied them because they found them cheap on the interweb, prob e-Badger, they brought it back 2 days later coz the lining had come off 1 of the pads. Needed new discs then so they didn't work out that cheap in the end. Prob not mintex fault, probably been sat in a damp garage for years.
  9. What did they feel like before? Have changed several vacuum pumps and the servo's do give trouble. pump the pedal with the engine off, hold it down and start the engine. The pedal should move as the engine starts. If it doesn't you have problem with vacuum/ servo. If so pull the black plastic pipe out the back of the brake servo, with the engine running put your thumb over the end of the pipe, you should feel it sucking. If it is then prob servo unit failure. If not then vacuum pump or pipe leaking, follow the pipe check there isnt a pipe off any where or aux leaks. Hope this helps

I've had a few bikes, currently on a RM125. Got a old YZ50 project to get on with soon. Most memorable was a old YZ490 ,scary to ride, even scarier to start!

Cool, nice bike. Haven't raced at all this year, just a few sessions at cheddar due to endless work commitments. Plan on having another crack at it next season. Nothing serious mind just my local school boy club.

    best big saw

Sorry for de-railing slightly,390xp is awesome saw, had use of 3120 for a time but I'm only little. Not used a 395 though. depends how big you really need to go? 390xp handles 36" fine IMO, but might be asking to much of it if used none stop all day?

    best big saw

I'm curious as to what bar/chains your using? been running my 390xp with a 28"&36" and I'm convinced it cuts better with the 36" too!Strange....
