  1. Tory peers chimed in with a wrecking amendment
  2. so Trump got out of going to Vietnam ,coz his rich parents knew a doctor who signed Trump off with a bone spur.
  3. Is Trump Coin a value play now? Or is it a case of no point trying to flog a dead horse? Prices of meme coins linked to U.S. President Donald Trump have plunged more than 90% in a year, signaling that the meme-coin frenzy is cooling rapidly. The so-called "Trump coin," which surged ahead of the inauguration early last year, is now trading about 94% below its peak.
  4. so a diff lock should not be used unless the front wheels are straight and even then it could still cause thousands of pounds worth if damage - for expert use only.
  5. no idea - you have experience of these diff lock kits?
  6. retrofit a diff-lock on the Transit - if that is even possible
  7. just as well, because despite being invaded, Britain is still mostly white, I was surprised. But the figures show the non caucasians are slowly gaining ground from 2011 to 2021, the percentage of people in the white British ethnic group went down from 80.5% to 74.4% Reform can it get back up to 98%
  8. hopefully Reform will get in, then at least the illegals cant rape, as they will be sent home pronto. However, there will still be girls being raped, but if the offenders are British born white its less likely to "bring out the anger in the community" Otherwise theyd mass outside the court each time a white guy is being tried "hang him" etc. It happens, but nothing like the asylum protests
  9. too many PhDs all in one place
  10. I wouldnt say I was a leftie, but happily arrogant. When I saw the videos of those protesters with anglo flags outside the asylum accomodation after some girl was raped I arrogantly thought the protesters were mostly numbnuts
  11. like you I was a working man all through the Conservatives long time in, but I never thought they were shabby. I knew what Labour would mean. Sure there was Tory corruption, but the overall thrust of it was something like meritocracy. I voted Conservative and would have like Rishi Sunak to lead us. I wonder how many seats Reform will win? More than Greens, but maybe not enough
  12. so instead of taking the lot after WW1 and lording it over them, the allies went soft and let the Germans rebuild their country, not long after they rearmed. If Germany was really defeated in WW1 it would have been the ideal time to do an Israel and stop them from ever having weapons again. WW2 happened because the allies couldnt stomach occupying Germany forever
  13. What about Robert Jenrick?- a first in history from Cambridge. Maybe the majority are numbnut skinheads, but some are highly intellectual. Jenrick is now Reform's seventh MP, it's not all about illegal immigration, but even very clever people have had enough
  14. you are right - wish I'd commented instead on the cow that picked up a deck scrubber, clamped it in its jaws and itched her back with it. First reported tool use by bovine. Who knows in a few million years the cows may be ready to rise up against us.
  15. what got me about WW2 is when they say unconditional surrender or whatever - if I was in charge I would have wanted the land we fought for - a slice of Germany forever. Let the other allies keep a slice each and the German language would have to become illegal. That was the proper way all through history
  16. may as well spam the page with something I can't afford - Iveco Daily 4x4. No PTO for chipper, but good road speed and handling. Would need to be more than 3.5ton to get any payload. So presumably an operating licence. Never seen one, only the one Stephen Blair on here had briefly.
  17. it clearly is dwindling, but by how much? As of 2026, humanity has used approximately 35–40% of total estimated recoverable oil resources, leaving roughly 60–65% remaining. if climate science is even half right burning the remaining oil will be a disaster, but humans are used to disasters, so nothing new. They say a massive lump of space rock did for the dinosaurs, so even with renewables it seems we can still be wiped out. Frack every well. " I don’t know what’s gonna happen, but I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames”
  18. 2000 dead in Iran protests is not a lot of people - even 20 thousand wouldn't have been many. China killed about 30 million from starvation as they forced peasants to stop working in the fields and start working in mines and industrial production. 1959 -1961. Those 30 million dead over 3 years is the price they paid for what is now quite a prosperous country, teething problems. They didn't know how to switch from privately grown food at first, collectivisation was not thought out properly. Iran may well change from a dictatorship, but China still isn't a democracy and they are doing great.
  19. if you still have the cutting I would suggest trimming it and placing it in a empty jam jar with air holes in lid by puncturing with fork. That way if a creature emerges one day you can look at it and the glass will protect you and it
  20. For me it goes like this - the state gave the power to the officer to use lethal force, now theoretically the same state could have given armed officers the power to use lethal force on people who hid from the vaccine. If the state had the conviction that vaccination was the scientifically best option to save the economy and the world. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the flu. One of my customers is old enough to have a relative who served in WW1 and died of Spanish flu. Todays vaccines could have sorted that. But only if they are forced on everyone. 20- seconds to comply
  21. this is a topic about tripod ladders - with all 3 legs adjustable - so you can level the ladder on very sloping ground. Sometimes there is no point searching the internet for a cheaper compromise to each tool or piece of equipment
  22. I only have a 12, bought from Henchman nearly 15 years ago now. It can go in a lwb van or on ladder rack of tipper. In the ideal world Id have an 8 and a 12. Some gardens the hedges are under trees the 12 snags on. But often work off top step of 12 At least once Ive forgot to make sure back leg is near middle of two front feet and its started tipping, know a guy who broke his back.Still window cleaners fall too somtimes and not onto grass. Even someone who gets an office job cant run from pancreatic cancer. A tripod is one if a million ways to die. Good luck
  23. people like you make me sick - who in their right mind wants Arbtalk to be a harmonious place? It should be a hormonious place - fueled by testosterone and maybe other illicit stuff we daren't name
  24. American Beauty is great - the guy taking up weightlifting is so believable
  25. hey come on now, I realise you get a great feeling of camaraderie from being on Mark J's side and ganging up against the monster, but single word insults like 'Tosser' are not the way to discuss current affairs. If you feel that Johnsond has become offensive, then just write about a news item that interests you - don't lower yourself even lower than he is. Now this is honest thinking Trump says US needs to 'own' Greenland to prevent Russia and China from taking it if Trump can say openly he is scared of China and Russia (who are also monsters) just how much of an arms race can the taxpayer bear? The US needs to own America to prevent China from taking it - hence the tariffs. It's a complex world - Trump is bound to make mistakes. No nukes have gone off yet, so all good
