I’ve had tennis elbow on and off over the years but about six months ago I really give my elbow a good knock where I thought I’d broken/chipped a bone. X ray came back with no breaks but I’m suffering with lots of pain. May arm goes into a locked position. Anyways wondering peoples good or bad experiences of getting cortisone injections? Much appreciation

5. Hi, what companies are out there in the North East ( North Yorkshire, County Durham, Northumberland and surrounding areas ) that are undertaking quality arb work. ( i.e not utility work and not conifer bashing ). Who is doing climbing work for forestry England, national trust, private estate work etc Who is taking on big tree jobs? Who is using machinery to make jobs more efficient and paying good wages for hard working skilled staff? Who is being progressive, passionate and modern with techniques and equipment? Just wanting to know who and what is out there. Thanks

11. Hello boys and gals I've been out of the UK for quite a few years. I will be returning sometime next year and wanted to get a rough idea of what contract climbers rates are. It would be good to get an idea in the different parts of the country also. Climbing gear, rigging kit, saws, fuel, 4x4 vehicle. Competent to do whatever tasks, you get the picture. I'm sure this has been discussed a thousand times so apologies.
12. The best versatile rigging line out there? go!

17.
Yo bud, sorry its took me a while to get back regarding taking the dogs to NZ. Ross in all honestly what a **** on! I was always going to take them nowt was gonna stop me there my best mates our lass treats them like kids, if we were going they were. When I first looked into it it didn't seem to bad but since then costs have doubled, loads of hidden charges, vacs, blood tests, I'm embarrassed to say but roughly five grand! I know don't say it I could hoy up in my mouth, anyways were going I've told them both that they are having a litter of pups each to pay me back over the years to come. Do you get over there much?

18. Hello lads, It's been a while since I've posted anything on here but over the past few years I have asked questions about working and living in NZ and some of you have been a great help and gave me very insightful advice and information. Thank you! So me and my girlfriends residency Visas have just came through, its been a long winding road since we first started the journey to move out there. She has been doing a PHD and I've been working in Sweden so it hasn't been easy but now it's finally all came together. We are literally getting her packed now and she flies in a couple of days to start her new job in Auckland and find us a home. Myself and our two dogs follow in a few weeks. I will be looking for work as soon as we touch down, got a few contacts for work but just going to see what happens when I get there. Hoping to meet as many arborist's, anglers, surfers, BMX riders, mountain bikers, tree dwellers, food and wine lovers, gig goers and working dog enthusiasts as possible. I'll be riding a bike with two spaniels in tow Cheers Tom
19. Did you ever find an arbpro stockist?
20. Yeah they look the biz! Few questions for those that have them, do spikes sit nice with them? Can you get on alright with them if your on the deck aswell as climbing? Are they as good as waterproof boots can be and warm? agagag Oh, and who sells them
21. So what was the final verdict of all the boots? Sounds like the best boots were the Crestas Vs Salewa MTN GTX? Are both good with spikes? Needing a new pair of boots, or do i just get another pair of airsteams?
22. Hi all, looking for some good advice from lads who have worked through a Swedish winter. What kit is essential to wear over there to stand up to the cold and be able to climb in? Do you need a good pair of alpine boots rather than chainsaw protection? What climbing systems work best in such cold conditions? Any advice would be grateful cheers
23. I climb on a pinto/sling and cambium saver at the moment with a hitch climber, when retrieving a rope guide or pulley saver do you just pull it out of the tree or lower it? The reason i have been put off buying one is 1. pulling it out the tree is surely gonna nack it after a while 2. lowering seems a fanny on if your jumping from tree to tree on utilities.
