  5. ill put it to the test and get back to you.
  6. Over the Christmas period ice had a lot of time to sort equipment out and modify some stuff. I got round tk.making my further out of a lot of heat shrink and a dmm quick draw. I will attach some photos.
  7. Canopy anchor if i can help it, base tie with a simple running bowline and backup if its just s simple ascent and descent job or moving throughout different trees with one anchor. Or if i cant be bothered to isolate my anchor of course!
  8. Hi folks, in the process of making a zigzag wrench tether and before i jump straight into it i was just wondering if any of you had any photos of ones that you have made. I have a 10mm quick draw sling or a 12mm one depend on the distance above the links once finished, a couple of edelrid anti-twists to stiffen the tether up. DMM perfect-o and a bunch of heat shrink tubing. put all of that together and i think ill have a pretty slick tether that i can also add to a hitchclimber and hitch to perform the normal SRT set up.
  9. TreeKit were noticeably cheaper than their online store and gave a good discount if you asked politely
  10. might be a bit late of a reply, sorry about that, but GeorgeCarr PowerProducts in Bedminster, Bristol is the place to go! Here's a link to their website. George Carr Power Products
