  1. When you use the 36" bar on your mill by time you have clamped it to the mill and with having dawgs on itl cut about 28-30"

  4. Oregon bars are ok , but soft compaired to Stihl bars ! Stick with still sprocket nose

  10. Keep an eye out for an 090 pricey tho , last 3 on eBay have been £450,£530and £720 ! Just keep going up I think it's because of the nice weather and more people want to be out milling also the becoming really collectable , guys from US. Are screaming for them and thing nothing of paying 2500$-3500$!!

  12. I got really lucky with the 090 on eBay , very good for milling ! Iv only used an 084av , 064 and ms 460 , 084av is very powerful think it's sane engine as the modern ms880 , approx 121cc I'm fairly new to milling , there will be a few more guys who comment when they cone on line
  13. Iv got an 090 (137cc) which rips like mad with a 48" bar , cutting 38" oak 5 years seasoned , I'm using a ripping chain and quick tickle every now and then

  16. Thanks for all the comment people ! I really really love the colours and grain in yew ! I'm still looking for timber to mill and also a second hand Alaskan if anyone has anything cheers , I'll be milling more tomorrow so more piccys

  18. Ms 460 struggles milling with a 25" bar ! Iv got a 48" on an 090 and it's still a bit slow

  20. Haha yup look like more of a bargain every week ! And wife ?!? You must be joking I'm only 19 hopefully won't be getting one for a while aswell , they sound like nightmares !
