Hi all, free site for logs and chip in Halifax. please message/call me first to make sure I am near to let you in. 3.5t vehicles only as access is tight! we can also collect logs from sites around Halifax to help you get off site quicker!

mine was an084av with 4ft bar at the age of 17 then ms290.ms460,2no.088s.ms880 and 090 and a few top handers

hi all and a god friend of mine have decided to set up our own sawmill and kiln, thinking about a 4' bar with 1 power head 880 or 5' double end bar with 2 880 on a carrage and rail system, also wanting a kiln, no idea about the kiln yet info would be of help i.e sort of container and the gubbings inside also will be looking for timber supplyers in huddersfield and pretty near hardwood and softwood anything for 18'' up to 60'' i wont be purchashing everything in one go just bit at a time cheers lee :thumbup:

Hi all I have a Stihl 088 for sale , tried putting it on trading place but it said it was closed , it's a 2002 model , small crack in plastic and little dent in recoil case , it starts second pull everytime ! Only thing is chain break doesn't work think it's just the linkage , it has a near new 30" bar and chain , open to offers please , also have a Stihl mill with 4' bar and near new chain , has a 38" cut , that is for sale also , cheers lee

Last stuff of that size I bought I gave , £40 and it was 15' long and pippy 22" dia
