    2 cans of cider in a saucepan warm them up as hot as you can take get them down your neck in 1 go if you can , get in the shower set it as hot as you can take get your head under the water and stay there before you want to pass out , get in a sleeping bag next to a wood burner or radiator and you will sweat like me in a whore house, next thing you know you will wake up feeling just fine , try it it works a treat for me .

    I was fortunate when i was office based i had 66p per mile plus £120 a month for using my own vehicle .

    Been running around with general grabber at2s, mud , snow , sludge you name it they have had it and for £85 a tyre fitted i have been well impressed.

    Short handled stihl hedge cutter = 4hrs 37 mins trigger time Long handled stihl hedge cutter= 1hr 16 mins trigger time Blower = 5hrs 29 mins trigger time Chainsaw 0200 t =1hr 11mins and after being diagnosed with stage 1 havs thats the recommended time per day for trigger times also we have to fill in trigger time time sheets so we comply with hse rules .

    I know this was brought up last year but here are some trigger times we have been given in work by the health and safety exec .     Have you got your chapter 8 certs ? if not and there is an accident when the work is going on you will be in a whole heap of trouble . If you have not got your chapter 8 you will be better off getting in a company to do all your signing , lighting and guarding .
