  3. Have cs 30 with full kit,Done hedge laying ,Tree planting,fencing,path work,Dry stone walling.have transport and tent if required.Just looikng for a trial,Thanks

  5. The calorie intake will shed the fat ,Too much will also strip the beef,Ice packs good for shin splint. You could have your running style (Gait) checked ,To ensure you are not doing damage,I have a collapsed disc and now cycle.As mentioned reduce weight ,up reps,reduce rest ,good luck.

  7. Great for cardio(weight loss) If you google concetp 2 plenty of help.I use a pulsar heart rate monitor (£30 ARGOS),You can really work at a point that will maximise your efforts (60-70 % max HR For weight loss),Plus helps as a motivational tool,Good luck
