  2. I thought it was quite intresting, however I new next to nothing about tree inspecting whilst doing it, but it is VERY basic, I personally would invest the money in more books and swat up for the pti! cheers ciaran glyde

  5. To be fair mate, the book's are so cheap these days I think you would struggle to find a second hand book much cheaper.   11. Ive got a iphone 4s upgraded from my 3gs, and would say its worth it, an upgrade from a 4 im not sure, the camera is alot better but I dont rate siri that much. cheers ciaran glyde

We bought our christmas tree last week for £35 but have seen them in the city for double that, and got me thinking can you actually buy christmas trees standing, and at a suitable height ready for extraction? If so how much dose it cost and where do you find these sellers? Also can you buy in wholesale cut christmas trees delivered, if so how much would they be and where do you go by buying them? any response would be gladly appreciated. cheers ciaran glyde

A ex employee of the company I work for has cut almost all the way through a flipline, he was using a 88 on full throttle and by the time he realised there was little of it left, I was surprised how well it held up to be honest. but can easily believe its happened to people. cheers ciaran glyde

  21. yeah I did mine with informed tree services which (scotland) which was about £150 cheaper than the AA couldn't fault the course though. cheers ciaran glyde

I did my pti in the second year of my diploma with no experience in the industry, but studied about 3-4 hours every day after the course, so I reckon you should be fine academically. not sure about the providers, ive not heard any horror stories yet! where are you based? If you search somthing like "fungi flash cards free to all" you will see in a thread some flash cards I made which has all the fungi info you need. hope this helps. cheers ciaran glyde

  25. dont no why but I would be a postman, love early starts and early finishes, only problem is I cant whistle :-(!
