  7. I went to do a job today for a friend of a friend and realised When I turned up how big the tree was it was also a TPO tree so plenty of attention to detail was needed . So anyway I started at 7.45 and finished at 6.30 but I enjoyed every miniute I made two new friends the tree looks great after a very sensitive reduction and deadwood I was cooked lunch and had coffee all day . Just thought I would share .
  8. Thankyou he had dementia in the last few years of his life my wife used to look after him and she would take him over to his drum set and he would say I don't play drums as soon as he sat down he would fire into a magnificent solo it was amazing . What style of music do you play .
  9. I practice for 2hrs every evening and play in a workshop band every Thursday It's really hard work to stay motivated after doing trees . I'm getting there after 2 years of practice . 14. I made a log pile were the end of the stem would make contact and we also added brush on top to make it softer and higher to limit the force . I did a higher felling cut and removed some of the wood from the middle and then we pulled it over gradually using rope and pulleys . The stem remained off the ground and everyone was happy . Ps no bats were found
  15. Sounds like a great opportunity you get the arb show and tree collection all in one . John I think I meet you on the axe throwing we was on youtube in the Video .
