  1. every year it gets a diesel filter oil filter and oil change half an hours job by me for the tune of £65 pound
  2. my transit 2001 its not at 207,000 miles 7 years of service with me so far and still drive's faultless
  3. i do shooting most evenings on my local farm and in the day when i get free time and try to go do a round of clays every week i have been ratting in corn store barns with terriers befor and like it
  4. good to here you liked the clay shooting i try and go to my local range as often as i can most evenings im out over the local farms for rabbits with the guns

  8. for a new saw money wise i says husky 365 more than capable to run 18inch bar about 1kg heavier than this stihl ms261 on same weight i would say husky 560xpg

  10. no mine fine soon as you get it started i just find it hard to pull don't feel smooth makes like a snatching noise when pulling it the 365 is easier to start but other than that cant fault it for a entry level home owners saw its well built imo much better than stihl ms170 to ms211 like the little husky for its light weight the punch it pack for a small saw and the cost is cheap got mine for £170 notes bargin
  11. vote for the echo 420es good saw have one fore 6 years now got the husky 135 to quick cutting light saw with grunt but hard to start i find

  13. i never raised the issue with f'r jones as i just thought ha ho cant be not up with it its new got to be me so just now don't bother with it just start it like any other saw choke on pull burp choke in pull and fire you have a running saw
  14. my one is 365 xtorq 70.7 cc and like i said you be pulling for a month of sundays if you use the decomp valve i now use it with out and start 2nd or 3rd pull and its no harder to start on pull effort to a ms181
  15. i bought a 365 from f r jones if you use the decomp your for ever be pulling it to start use it with out and it will start easy 3rd pull
  16. two mis job take of the battery lead or lead of the starter simple n free to do
  17. yes got a echo cs420 on 15inch bar super light little saw but you could go husky 365 for about the same out lay in cost to a stihl ms261
  18. if you need to lend stuff to finish pits off i have a never used tanaka topper sat in the work shop and a small maikta 14inch bar you could lend to help out
  19. i have an late 2005 complete back Axel sat in the yard doing nothing only done 2000miles from new as i bought it as had a noise in my diff and just filled it up with mollyslip gearbox n axel treatment quieten it down quite alot and about 9 pound to buy
  20. have climbed with a powered pole saw stihl ht101 to get one branch climbed about 16m to a point on a tree for some reason got the wobbles not to go any further up didn't feel safe and was about 3m from the branch that needed to come off so came down climbed back up the the ht101 attached to me got the the same point and had the reach to cut the branch job done branch was about 5 inch diameter
  21. there is a a jd winter jack very nice whiskey cider apple cinnamon orange peel clove vanilla
  22. i got a ms170 2012 model its got kat the word on the exhaust if you run it more then 15 ins the saw almost melts and for the next 2moins after turning it off it just sits and smokes like its on fire lol
