I wouldn't rush into it until I'm 100% sure I would get it right. They are coming down in price but still strong money, 200ah is around £800, 100ah is around £450. That said, if they do last the 10 years that is claimed they are probably cheaper than swapping out every few years.

After more reading this may be a non starter for me, my built in battery charger won't support lithium batteries. I suppose I could disconnect it and get a stand alone charger. Back to the drawing board.

Anyone here got/use one? I'd like Lithium batteries in my Motorhome, but at nearly £800 a pop I'm giving them a swerve. I can buy the cells a hell of a lot cheaper but would need a 'carrier' to store the cells in. Anyone know about printers?

There's probably a reason houses are more expensive down south... it's called being close enough to London to commute, £460-£570 is a days money if you are prepared to go down 'The Smoke' every day. I don't know about a strange advert, it reads more like an advert posted by someone who knows nothing about the South.

Most motorway services just aren't set up for hgv drivers, and parking a truck outside McD's when you need a dump isn't an option. The money has had to change, our kids recent pay rise just pushed him over £50k for three sixteen hour shifts a week, (two drivers). I do dispute the lack of European drivers though, our kid tells me that tons of them that he knows left and went to drive, mainly, in Germany or went back to their own countries.

Got ya, the thing is with people like the bloke I mentioned here is (I think) is they don't want to learn. I see your point but I don't want to have to refresh another ticket every few years because other people can't reverse a trailer. Many people can't reverse a car, that doesn't mean we should all have to refresh our driving licenses imo.

Yes, folk who currently have a license, I don't think we should have a cbt style test/refresher. I have to refresh enough tickets for work. People who know they can't reverse a Caravan should get some training through the clubs that most of them are members of. There are trailer trainers that go to club sites and give lessons.
