  13. Yes it does seem like it's on the way out along with taking people's word for things. Having just moved I spoke to a few companies about work around here before I got sorted, most of them wanted a CV. What's that about? I've told you what I can do, do you (they) need it written down!😂
  14. Correct about sparks and gas engineers but most of the other trades I know learnt on the job, Brickie's, joiners, plasterers. Very few of them saw uni or college.
