Years ago a firm I was working for was given a few blocks of wood to cut into planks for the customer, as soon as it hit the band saw it blunted the blade, we found out from the customer that it was African iron wood and was once used as blocks on the old sailing ships to stop the cargo shifting in rough sea,s. Totally useless information to the op, I know.

  10. Well said, you can never beat those guys as they probably have none or very little overheads.
  11. All the climbers iv,e known weigh slightly more than a house fly and would never buy second hand climbing kit.

  13. BUT,there are plenty of eligible workers that simply don't want to work and can get roughly the same amount of cash doing nothing every week compared to a mc donalds worker. I know where my respect lies
  14. The benefits system in this country makes it easier for low lifes to sit at home rather than work 40 hours a week, plenty work out there if your willing

  22. I think the truckloader was one up from the treebuster, but as said the truckloader wont go through a doorway, my mates laughed at my little chipper, but it was the most powerful one that would fit through kissing gates on the canal , which was my main work, theirs wouldn't.
