  4. i used to be very much the same:001_huh: once i had something in my head,i would be up all hours sound like you are going to bed with collage on the mind,stilll thinking of the previous days work or thinking about the next:confused1: also the physical side of work,sounds like you said because of collage and no physical work through the day your are not getting tierd since i have been working in the foresrty,felling constantly all day i cant get enough sleep,sometimes in bed by 9.20:001_rolleyes:

  9. what a week we had,hope yours was better than mine:confused1 MONDAY unit broken into over night [as previous thread] all saws taken TUES due to break sent back home [not bad a day off] WEDS 6 spanking new saws,back to work,on the way,one of the navaras had a bump with a council van and when we got to forestry the other got stuck down big hole THURS at end of day,we had a flat tyre,and you would not believe,the spare was flat,stuck in the middle of a massive forest,got home at 8pm FRI saw 2 days old playing up,cutting out and then hard to start. could not wait for the week to end hope you had a better week and hope we have a better one next week:thumbup: have a good weekend,i will make sure i do

  15. just a big thanks to arbtalk and all the members posted a thread today,about a break in last night in south wales where approx 12 saws were stolen from a unit of the company i work for and my own saw was taken TWO ARBTALK MEMBERS IN SOUTH WALES HAVE OFFERED TO LEND US SAWS TO KEEP US GOING-HOW COOL AND THOUGHTFUL IS THAT CHEERS GUYS,YOU ARE A CREDIT TO THE FORUM:thumbup: MARTYN

  18. myself and another chap are on a months trail and hopfully if successful will be taken on:thumbup: the forestry contract is ongoing and there are teams else where[rail,and another forestry site in mountain ash,and work in west wales]
  19. will get more details tomorrow there was mine and a mates 346xp 1 was normal side plate and 1 silver think there were some 361 and huskys only been with the company a week tomorrow turned up this morning and were told to go home for the day when i know more i will post thanks for your support martyn:thumbup:

  21. cheers for the offer sam your a true gent ,but should be ok:thumbup: i have a backup,but wont be leaving it in their unit,it will be coming home every night with me the saw taken was my fav [346xp] will turn up in the morning for work and go from there,they are going to need saws for tomorrow,so weather they buy a few to keep us going then claim off the insurance later??we cant lose another days production. we are felling all the diseased larch for the commision down the afan valley[neath/port talbot]see pics i posted on a previous thread all the best mate,see you when you come home from austria:thumbup1:
  22. cheers guys only started with this company last wednesday:001_rolleyes: the unit has been hit before,but they have beefed up the security and they still got in:thumbdown: they only wanted the saws nothing else taken
  23. went to work this morning and sent back home! the unit was broken into over night and they stole every chainsaw:thumbdown: totally gutted,especially when one was my own:thumbdown: martyn.
