    hoping to bodge a repair and use as a spare or on bigger jobs, but will keep you in mind

    Been offered TP 150 3 yrs old. Any body got any usefull feedback? currently run a old 760 (which died last friday) needed to down grade so it forced the issue.

    Better to join the other AA, at least they will get you out of the smelly stuff when your truck breaks down.
  6. stick with glyphasate, its cheap good and safe, 10% solution is fine and dandy on cut stump.
  7. Oregon all the time, in 30 years tried em all keep coming back to the old faithfull. But I use sthill 404 for my ms 880.

    Attended confor at Longleat today, spent most of the day chatting with old friends and work mates that I have not seen in ages, fine weather only added to the enjoyment and a few bargins to be had in the trade stands. Did anybody else go?
  18. Had a similar happening in Bornemouth some holm oaks got their tops cut off in the night, funny how the posh flats opposite suddenly got a view of the sea.

  20. Best solution get rid re plant, to much retention of knackered trees by pointless surgery, not enough planting of new stock and what is planted is forgotten about or poorly maintained. Rant over!!!!

  22. Thought I would show u guys a recent job we were called to. A blown mature beech, hollow and split at about 15 foot,failed to pull it out of neighboring trees with winch, cable attached in crown. unsafe to section or fell from ground, so we set light to the mutha..... 2 hours and fifteen minutes later it fell over, no damage to us or neighboring trees, result.
